Service Description
Includes: Full body hair styling as requested (hand scissoring/clippers) *Bath and blow-dry not included* - Cat grooming only available on Saturdays from 7:30am - 2:00pm and some early weekday mornings! - Must arrive in a cat transport cage! - We do not offer onsite sedation for any pets and we do not work on any animal that shows any signs of aggression as it is unsafe for both the pet and the groomer! - Immediate collection of your fur-baby will unfortunately be advised if any of these signs are presented. *If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 hours, please call us on 0466 440 410 to secure your spot!*
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your pet's appointment. In order to provide the best service possible, we ask that you please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. For daycare services, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged a fee of 25% of the scheduled daycare cost. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled daycare. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
