Service Description
Includes: Bath, blow-dry, brush out, ear clean, nail trim, full-body style cut as requested, cologne spritz. De-matting surcharge will apply if there are any problem areas. Please note that removing matted/knotted hair or even clipping out a heavily matted coat can take an enormous amount of time even for experienced groomers. It requires delicate and accurate work as the matts are usually very close to the skin, making this process very long and tedious! Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your pet's appointment. In order to provide the best service possible, we ask that you please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. For daycare services, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged a fee of 25% of the scheduled daycare cost.
